I live in California and I filed a chapter 7 in 2002, I need to file another one, It has only been 6 years but I am in the mortgage business and have not made income in 2 yrs. (3yrs ago made close to 100k, last year least than 30k and this year it will be lower) is there a exception for refiling less than the required 8 yrs
