I drive a transit bus in NYC and received a red light camera ticket handed to me by the MTA. I'm told I must pay the 50 dollar fine and will be suspended with out pay for one day (first time I ever got one in 25 years). My question is if I take it to court and loss do I get points on my licence, and do I have any defense.
