Does fha allow the seller to pay the upfront mortgage insurance premium?

Does FHA allow THE SELLER to pay the UPFRONT Mortgage Insurance Premium? I KNOW they can pay up to 6% of closing costs, but which costs specific costs within that are sellers NOT allowed to pay(assuming it's under the 6%). ? I also know the total costs to buyer must total to at least 3%. A Seller I'm working with is willing to pay significant portion of costs, just want to make sure that FHA allows part of the UPFRONT MIP as part of that! Help?
