i am due iui tommorrow and due to lots of presure my husband had premature ejaculation this morning will this effect it ?

 I'm no expert, but I think no. As far as I know the semen goes through an improving process anyway to increase chances of conception, and if the last count wasn't particularly low, I tend to think it will not greatly influence your chances of conceiving.

And anyway, it is what it is, there's little point in stressing about it. He is after all human :-P

I agree with the previous answerer. Though it's possible that it could have an effect, particularly if his sperm count is very low, it's more likely that it won't have a negative effect at all.

This wont hurt the chances because during and IUI they must wash the sperm and they can only retreive a certain amount regardless if all of them are healthy, Because they can only inject the a certain amount in the catherter, It should have no effect.
