Love is the battery of life....

Hi,

You should be more specific (How old you are ?, Are you healty ?, Medical history ? Normal regular cycle ? Are you overweight ? Did you [and your husband] do all the tests to find out what is [are] the possible reason[s] you don't get pregnant ? Did you consult a fertility lab ?).  The fertility science made a great great progress and is able to "solve" today problems that several years ago would be decleared "sterile" (or infertile).  Please contact Rachel Inbar (At Yedda, I read her answers, she is great and specialzes in such cases, highly recommended).
The best I can wish you is have a baby, soon.

Fertility Stories - infertility experiences of people like you.

Thanks, Oron, for the compliments, but I think you're exactly right - without more details it's impossible to give any sort of intelligent answer.

I would be happy to try to troubleshoot with you once I have some information to work with.

Best regards,
Rachel Inbar

I just spent 14000$ on an IVF treatment - nothing else seemed to work.  We were trying for 4 years.  We learned that my eggs are actually abnormal.  I ovulate, I get my period consistently, there is no visible reason why I shouldn't conceive.  The unfortunate part about it is that the only way to know for sure if this is your problem is to have the eggs retrieved and tested through the IVF process.

My mother spent 9 years trying to get pregnant with me.  She was in her twenties with no history of anything medically that would prevent her from getting pregnant.  Doctors finally discovered endometrial scarring.  She underwent surgery and another year later and I was born.  I don't know if you have considered this possibility, but it can be corrected!  Good luck to you!

I spent 6 years trying to get pregnant with my first husband. My doctor told me to relax and it'll happen in it's own time. All the time I was getting more desperate for a child and consequently more difficult to live with. My husband left me. My doctor told me when I met a new partner I would surely get pregnant. I didn't.

My new husband and I looked into adoption , our social worker wouldn't consider us unless we had a medical investigation into why I couldn't get pregnant.I had a laparoscopy that revealed that my tubes were fused...something that should have been diagnosed years before.

We now have a wonderful son..he is adopted...he is the child I always longed for and more. Whether he is my flesh and blood is insignificant, I am his mother, he is my son. When he puts his little arms around me and calls me Mummy it makes no difference that he did not grow inside of me.

Be positive. Surrogacy is a wonderful option too. For women that have problems conceiving there are alternatives....

Love and best wishes to you.

H

The sperm of your partner has to macth your eggs so if that is the case you will have to just keep trying or look at other options on having a baby for example there is a sperm donor, or adoption or a souragate, if you finally think you are pregant then just look up on what simptoms you are having if you are having any for example you miss a period that is the most obvious or you crave food you dont normally like and your breasts will swell and change colour.
