I had a missed miscarriage four months ago. The ...

I had a missed miscarriage four months ago. The baby died at 8 weeks, but we did not know until my first scheduled ultrasound at 13 weeks. It has been devastating, and we have been trying to conceive again for three months with no success. Does anyone know what could be the possible reasons for this? I have been practicing FAM, and know when my peak fertility periods are. The first time we conceived we were pregnant the first time trying, so these months have been particularly confusing for me.

You were lucky the first time around, it's not that common to conceive in the first cycle of trying.

Considering your history (of conceiving easily), I would recommend that you give it a few more months and hopefully you'll be successful.

I had a mc back in Sept so I feel your pain. It is very possible that the mc has messed up you hormones. It take a while for them to return to normal. I know this is frustrating but give it a few more months. It been 6 months since my mc & we are still trying, but I do have some fertility issue.
