There's 20 more watts in the Deville (60 compared to 40 in the HRD). Although the HRD and the Deville both come in a 2 12 model, the Deville also has a 4-10" speaker model. Additionally the HRD comes in a single 12 model. The Deville's preamp section is slightly different as well and is a little smoother sounding than the HRD. The HRD also has two distortion channels where the Deville only has one. Hope this helps.
