Did you feel worse after receiving answers on this site or other sites like this

Has any one who posted situations on here or on other sites like this felt worse after receiving answers to their situations and were sorry that you even post on these sites.  And if you did feel anxious after receiving answers how did you handle it?

I was never this anxious until I started posting on here, about mom, etc. Now I feel worse.

Before this I never thought about things, I just lived.  I would never have thought that I could not pack everything - I would trust myself to do it. NOw I feel like I won't trust myself to pack.  And I know once I get into the packing I will enjoy it.

I am going to give you an answer that you will not like. I am telling you this in advance, so you can choose not to read it and avoid additional anxiety.

I think the reason why you feel such extreme anxiety is because you have some emotional and/or mental issues that need addressing.

You have attempted to address these issues by posting here on Yedda's pages. Unfortunately, the valid suggestions that you received in answer to your obsessive and anxious questions were never to your liking (that may be part of your emotional disorder); which caused you further stress and anxiety.

In other words, your condition causes you to continue to post questions obsessing over each tiny issue (your clothes, your friends, the true meaning of someone's words, your inability to accept what others say to you, and so on).

However, each time you receive an answer which disagrees with you in the slightest, it sends you further into an emotional abyss.

Yes, your anxiety has worsened by virtue of your being on Yedda.

But the cause is not Yedda and the answers you have received. The cause is the untreated illness which you refuse to acknowledge or address.

I'm sorry you're ill and I'm sorry you feel that Yedda is the cause of your anxiety. I hope you will see your way clear to getting professional help soon, so that you will be able to function again without anxiety eating at you and making you doubt yourself.

Good luck.
