Doesn't the federal judge know that President Bush has suspended the US Constitution along with all international treaties regarding extradition, fair treatment of prisoners, torture, etc.? These judges must be socialists or terrorists like that Obama guy who was elected by fraud. How can we restore sanity to the judiciary so that they go by what President Bush says and NOT some constitutional amendment written over 200 years ago that provide for some outdated concept called "due process?"
