I have to tell you, I have a deep mistrust for any diet that promises this kind of weight loss in such a short time, especially not one that claims it forces your calories to melt fat. I don't think such a thing exists, and it doesn't sound scientifically possible or even healthy.
If, however, you insist on sticking with the regimen, make sure you follow it to a t, and the you do everything you're supposed to. Often people actually eat more than they think, and tend to cut corners in terms of fat or carbs intake.
