is it a philly cheese steak from a restaurant or just from home? if you make it, you can control the calories but if its from a restaurant i would look at their site for a reference to make sure! cause it can be a ton and horribly surprising! a nutritionist i saw on rachel ray has a ton of restaurants on her website with nutrition facts and some comments on what she thinks about the meal. its www.christineavanti.com if you wanna look! hope this helps!
