I'll search, while you Cool wait.

She has three. choices:

1.  She can accept the box graciously and lovingly and never eat them and throw them away at a appointed time she deems appropriate or

2.  Give them away or

3.  Eat them

Invite that special someone over to share the chocolates with you! It is all about moderation as well. Allow yourself one chocolate a day or every two days. Or try a bite and then throw the second half out. Do not reject the chocolates completely or you might hurt your true love's feelings. Enjoy!!

If your true love gives you a box of chocolates for Valentine's Day, politely accept it, of course!  Eat only one or two of the chocolates each day.  To prevent yourself from being tempted to eat them all at once, place the box either in your highest cupboard or on top of your refrigerator, so you will need a step-stool to retreive it each time.  The extra work involved in getting the box will give you time to think about it.

My wife lost over 4 stone and she lost loads of body fat with this diet her stomach was getting flatter each day , she got into those tight fitted jeans again she had before the kids were born. So she's been helping me and a few of her friends because this diet is so successful.
I have been over weight for years and just recently the doctor told me if i didn't do something about it i wouldn't be around much longer to see my kids grow up. This was a wake up call for me, i have been researching the net for a diet that suits me. I have lost over 6stone in a few months i have loads more to lose but it's coming off. I was shocked what foods i could eat and the results have been outstanding i'm so much happier these days doing loads more with my boys. What i loved about this diet you don't even have to exercise if you don't want to. The results were in the areas i needed to tone up i iam losing fat each day with little effort. I think more more should do this it has given me and new lease of life. With this diet when you reach your goal that's it you can do your own thing and if need be just repeat it when needed like if you put on a few pounds on holiday. If you want any advise on the diet email me.
iF YOU WANT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THIS DIET I WILL LEAVE THE SITE FOR YOU I JUST WANNA GIVE SOMETHING BACK I FEEL SO GREAT.
