I think men should not wear earrings period. I am totally turned off if I see any form of earring in the ears of any man.

I think a guy with one earring is TOO MUCH!!  Leave the earrings for the "real" girls.....GUYS!!  I think guys should look like guys, and girls, of course, should always look like GIRLS!!!  I think we should not have to "guess" it is a "HE" or "SHE", or if it is a "SHIM"!!  Don't like the answer???  YOU DID ASK.....and YOU RECEIVED.......LIKE IT......OR......Fuhget about it.....

Now this is only my personal opinion. It depends on the guy. I have seen guys that wear earrings in both ears and look hot then there are some you just know.

It depends on the man. I think its fine if you can carry it through.
