I was at a funeral, a man put his hands on both of my arms from behind me and lent right over while very firmly and gently squeezeing my arms and asked me to join him for a ciggy,this was when I was seated.Once out side he stepped down a step to my level and came in extreamily close and gazed into my eyes for longer than normal, he then said as he was looking nito my eyes I have hade to much to drink. I had had previously been out for about 4 other ciggys with him which he always asked me to join him. He remembers me from when we were young but i dont remeber him, are fathers were good friends thats how we were aquainted. If you could please give me any answers to this situation that would be great thank you....

It's possible this man fancies you. If you don't mind my asking, who's funeral were you at? I think if it was someone you both didn't know very well, it's likely he was flirting, but if it was someone you were very close with and you were visibly upset, it's likely this man was just trying to comfort you. The only way to know for sure is to make a move. Call him and invite him out for coffee sometime. If he says yes, he is clearly fancying you.
Saying yes to a coffee doesn't mean he fancies you, but from the rest of what you said I'd give a pretty definite yes!
