Toni, have you had her checked for bladder or kidney problems? I would have any physical problems ruled out before assuming it is a psychological problem. Bladder or kidney problems can cause leakage and/or uncontrolled urination.
Have her seen by an MD, then proceed from there.
It just dawned on me that you may be referring to defacating, as opossed to urinating. But the same applies, have her thoroughly checked out physically before making any assumptions. And next time, please clarify.
