can a child move out at 17 teen in the state of Florida, without both parents in agreement?

No. I'm pretty sure you have to be 18, and you also have to be in school until you're 18.
I thought you had to be 18 Teen to leave home. My husband's ex wants her daughter to move out, the two children live with his ex wife and he pays child support to her for both children. I thought you had to have both parents in agreement no matter who the children live with.
