Work hard or go home.

The best way to lose the weight around the midsection is to run. And you don't need equipment. Half an hour 4-5 weeks jogging/running in the neighborhood and cutting back on your food intake will make a great start. Add some

ab exercises 3-4 times a week and the midsection will tighten up pretty easily. Good luck!

I would start doing a sport like yoga or pilates a few times a week and I would also consider joining a gym where you can get some professional guidance as to what machines to use.  If you go to the gym or a class at least 3 times a week, you will start to see a difference.  You can work specific parts of your bodies very well in a gym.  Good luck.

As we get older and often "fatter" this can cause other hormonal shifts, such as insensitivity to leptin, which is a hormone that should tell us that we are not hungry. If you are interested in rebalancing this hormone, I can recommend a great product that has a natural way of assisting with fat loss which is more important that overall "weight loss." Let me know if I can help with more info.
