There's some information missing, but there could be several explanations.

For starters you might be eating more than you think, and if you had not started running you would have gained weight.

You might be drinking high calories drinks which you're not taking into account.

You might be running in a pace that is too easy for you to make much of a difference.

Try increasing the intensity and duration of your runs (gradually!). Look into what you eat. Most people eat more than they think. You might want to run a journal indicating all that you eat and drink to get a better picture of your calories intake.
