cheerleaderX3, yes, its really bad..you deserve to eat 3 times a day..actually eating minimeals throughout the day raises your metabolism and helps you maintain your weight..you may actually put your body in starvation mode if you skip breakfast and lunch which could cause hair loss, slow down in metabolism and a whole variety of other issues. I know you want to watch your weight but if you eat a healthy breakfast and lunch its actually better for your body, hair and skin..take care of yourself!!
