ok i lost abot 50 pounds in a afew months with doing the card diet, trust me it works. me and my friend did it together but you HAVE to be really strickt the first 2 weeks. just dont eat carbs.you can eat abot 20 to 40 carbs a day after the 2 weeks but healthy carbs not brownie carbs,lol, eat all the meat in the world salads no fruit, you can have eggs,cheeze,meats.its a little hard at the start but after the see the results it will be worth it, let me no how it went
