Loosing weight should be between you and your doctor! I was always a small person never weighing more then 120 pounds, Then as I got older I started gaining and couldn't loose, I was up to 191 pounds in July of this year, I tried everything, Over the counter diet pills, eating once a day, exercising ect... Finally I spoke with my doctor and with the proper diet and exercise and working very close with my doctor I have lost 41 pounds in 6 months. Loosing 10 pounds in a month is not healty for you. Normal weight loss for any one is 1 to 2 pounds a month. Loosing weight to fast is not only BAD for your body and your health but you will gain it back. Diet and exercise are the best for loosing weight, Your body needs at least 1200 calories a day or it will go into starvation mode, When your body goes into this mode it will grab onto every calorie you take in and store it because it has no idea when you will feed it again. Please don't listen to this person and talk to you doctor before you do anything.
