A:Yes you can. Contact your social services department and ask them why they cancelled you. If you received no denial of coverage or a letter stating they were going to stop your coverage you have a right to find out what the reason is for ending your health coverage. I wonder why you waited so long and did not act on this at the time you received a denial. I am sure you can reapply.
