A fair service contract price??

How to set up a service contract on a quarterly basis, to service a/c and refrigeration equip? What would be a fair price for the amount of equip and materials involved? This would not be billed on an hourly basis, so is their a rule of thumb to go by? I did a walk through the kicthen in the Resteraunt, counted the equip. to be serviced and looked all over carefully for the overall condition, went upon the roof to see what was envolved, 2- 5 ton york a/c's, belt drive with 2- pleated filters each, 1- MUA evap cooler, so you have pads belt, pump, ect. Condensing unit for the small walk-in below, and 2- high speed, belt drive exhuast fans. I figured with the cleaning of the 6 condenser coils inside, checks system operation, elect. conn. ect. Chemical condenser coils on roof, lube motors, change belts, pads, all filters and check T.D., blow out condesate lines, I figured would take around 5 to 6 hours. Charge per quarter, $325.00. That works out to about $54.00 an hour, not including the cost of pleated 2"filters, coil cleaner, and all belts. I thought that would be a more than fair price. My hourly rate for this coustomer is low at $60.00 an Hr. What do you think on the information i have given, is that a more than fair price? Thanks, Keith

I think that is more than a fair price. Depending on what the cost is on materials, how far away is the business from your shop, because of fuel costs, and vehicle wear which shouldn't be bad you did great in figuring this proposal out. There is no rule of thumb that I am aware of. Any repairs that you find along the way would be on a service order , and of course I know you are aware of this or you wouldn't be in business long. Good Job, Rick & Sons.
