 Eye drops, can make your blood pressure go up. Eye drops can be absorbed by the mucus membranes in your nose. Some drops like dilation drops and "get the red out" drops stimulate the sympathetic nervous system which might raise blood pressure. But usually the liquid eye drop the amount are not enough to make your blood pressure to go up.
