How eye drops lower my blood pressure ?

 "Visine" does not lower your blood pressure !!  all it does is called in medical terms "vaso-constriction" , constriction of the blood vessels in the eyes. Thus, causing the eyes to lose the redness.

Actually, if anything it would raise your blood pressure.  Visine is normally used locally and in tiny amounts, but if absorbed systemically in a significant amount it would cause peripheral vasoconstriction (by a sympathomimetic effect), thus raising BP.

They dont.

 Eye drops, can make your blood pressure go up. Eye drops can be absorbed by the mucus membranes in your nose. Some drops like dilation drops and "get the red out" drops stimulate the sympathetic nervous system which might raise blood pressure. But usually the liquid eye drop the amount are not enough to make your blood pressure to go up.
