Can anyone explain .nra files to me?

What is a nra file?  How can I convert it to a WAV or MP3?

Thanks to Profitbob, I have a great site for some free downloads on rippers.  Nice.  I had searched prior and not found any that were actually free.

You're welcome.  Yeah, I love free software, and hate it when they claim free and then tell you it's just a trial period with restricted access to functions.  ZDnet is pretty upfront about licensing, and some of the stuff really is free (and on my computer, now).
