The most expensive brand is probabbly Manolo Blanhik, there are other designers whose shoes reach these prices but he is probably the best known. The most expensive shoes ever designed though are the "Cinderella Slippers" designed by Stuart Weitzman for Alison Kraus for the OScars in 2004 and they cost $2M.

In any case there is a flaw here because the most expensive shoe brands are actually not "brand" they are designers who work for themselves. I have brought a link to Stuart Weitzman most expensive shoes, and I have also included some stuff about men's shoes.

The Weitzman shoes (2 million dollars!) are studded with 565 platinum-set Kwiat diamonds (which include 55 carats of clear diamonds and one big 5-carat stone).
This is what they look like (I like the idea that one shoe has a ruby in the middle and the other doesn't. It sorts of makes them unique, if the tag price weren't enough...):

i don't care about the shoe designed by Stuart Weitzman because it's only one shoe it's not a brand and it doesnt have anything special about it other than having diamonds on it...everyone could put diamonds on a shoe
but the real important thing is that actually design something that is worth a value and that is a work of ART!!!
Roger Vivier and Louboutin usually sell very high priced shoes. Many of the stars wear them...
