Well, since God created "gay" people also, plus there is no negativity in the Perfect Mind of God... it only stands to reason that either A) the bible has been distorted when it comes to the concept of God condemning anyone AND/OR ...B) people READING the bible are misinterpreting its meaning... which happens a lot actually. *(As when Jesus says ~ I AM the ONE and the Way ~ some people STILL assume Jesus was referencing his physical form of water and a few minerals instead of His ONE Christ Consciousness... which is Formless and ALL Pervasive. A simple misunderstanding with HUGE, and perhaps for some.. convenient repercussions )
It is important to consider that ANY True Scripure not only needs to be written by one who is FULLY seated in Christ/Pure Consciousness but also MUST be READ by someone who is themselves in that Self same State of Perfection. Not too many can claim that perspective. *( And if they DID have it..they wouldn't bother to claim it.) EVEN the one doing ANY translation must also be anchored in this supreme and RARE state. It is not something that can be approached using the intellect alone. The fact is, there is MUCH hidden meaning in such writings. Not "hidden" on purpose but by default .. ~ just as a blind man cannot see the sun rise even as it is right in front of them ~ MOST human "eyes" are still veiled by the impure ego.
Of course to even SUGGEST to the impure ego that it is in fact STILL in IGNORANCE of The ONE Supreme TRUTH .. makes the ego angry and feel insulted. THAT's how you know you're dealing with the impure ego and NOT the Divine Mind. The veiling ego gets VERY defensive. Humility is NOT one of its strong points.
So.. my suggestion to this fellow who's EGO feels "victimized" by this publisher... why not just stop reading the book if it does not ring true for you? Instead why not focus on accepting the Perfection within yourself instead of rejecting the perceived imperfection of others?
Why waste your precious time arguing with those who have no real understanding? Instead, empower yourself and go WITHIN.. as Jesus, and other supremely rare Grace Bestowing BEings like him, have always suggested.
No religion or group owns Jesus, owns God, owns Truth Absolute. THAT ONE is already WITHIN you.. just waiting for the right time to come forth and be RE-Cognized. The play of the mind is just a distraction. THE Supreme Truth is REVEALED from within.
The function of GRACE is not to simply get one to some heaven but to REVEAL to the veiled mind its TRUE SELF, which is the SAME in ALL.
This, and not physical death is the True Death those such as Jesus reference.. Death of the impure ego.... That moment when we merge FULLY into The Christ /Perfect Mind .. which doesn't give a hoot about sexual orientation.
The point is that whatever we "do" .. or better put, THINK we are doing, in this dream of life, should be done from a place of LOVE, respect, and compassion for ALL involved. That is ALL that matters. So.. sue or do not sue.. from a place of LOVE .
Truly... whether one wins such suits or loses them will NOT bring one any closer to Truth Absolute, which is really the WHOLE Point of one's existance. My suggestion is .. do not bother to get mired in the petty controversies of this mundane world since they just serve to create more and more delusion for the finite mind to feed on. Think on the Pure indwelling Divine ONE alone... where there is NO fault, NO imperfection, NO judgment..but only love ~ only LOVE ~ ~ ~ ONLY LOVE
