Background:
112 citizen groups, nine State Bar Associations, fifteen Prosecutors, and the US Bar Association, have prepared all the documents necessary to move the Senate for Impeachment of Barrack Hussein Obama for Obstruction of Justice, Election Fraud, and Abuse of Office (twenty-six counts).
So far, Obamites are becoming more and more desperate in their well-founded fears that these very serious criminal charges will be filed in the Senate (resulting in Impeachment) and trial in the House (resulting in Removal) and subsequent criminal penalties including the death penalty.
Obamites claim that anyone who does not bend instantly to their whims is a racist and that includes due process of law. This case could find appeal in the Supreme Court. Already, proven Justices have resigned from office because if they had to hear this landmark case, they would have to recuse.
Misfeasance that has resulted in the improper award of the Nobel Peace Prize has raised other pertinent questions as to Obama's personal and professional conduct.
The succession of the Presidency is clear. The next moves of the Democrat Party are not.
With the rising dissatisfaction of the American People already against President Barrack Obama, and our known dissatisfaction already against VP Joe Biden, the Presidency would fall to the Speaker of the House and in all likelihood, a popular demand for a special election to replace the Speaker mid-term.
