I walk 2-3 miles a day using Leslie Sansone's WATP DVDS and I'm careful about what I eat.  I eat low-fat protein, dairy, fruits and vegetables and only whole wheat breads.  A friend of mine who used to be the same size as me started eating the way I do but she doesn't exercise at all.  She has  gotten smaller all over her body while my back side seems to  be getting  bigger every time I walk my miles.  I really enjoy exercising with Leslie Sansone.  I always feel better afterwards.  But what am I doing wrong if I'm not seeing the results I want?
