I have a fused right knee that I am unable to bend ...

I have a fused right knee that I am unable to bend at all right now.  I underwent surgery on April 21, 2008, and have done well, but would like advice and tips on how to live with a fused knee and how I can get back to a normal life.  I cannot drive right now, but would like to in the next few months.  Is it possible and how do I adjust?  Thanks
