Can exesive exposure to a marijuana smoker and his second hand marijuana smoke cause learning disabilities for young choildren?

I would think it would. Whatever the case might be, my feeling is that children should be able to grow up and make their own choices if they want to get high on pot. People can get the effects from second hand smoke.
I have never seen anything legitimate about marijuana smoke causing learning disabilities, even for the smoker. Most learning disabilities appear organically as far as I know, not a lot are the cause of environment. So no, I don't see how there's any way it would. Second hand smoke from anything can't be good for young children's lungs. That should be enough reason to avoid it.
