What do I do?

The possibility of a baby does complicate your relationship. Complicates but does not facilitate. This is an unbalance relationship where you are the driving force but where your ex is quite comfortabe where he is at. This means chances for a successful relationship are not great. You are still quite young with many years ahead of you and it would be better to find someone who would match your desire to marry. With this ex all you have are imagination and dreams. Move on to someone better.

To be quite honest with u get rid of the boy he is not that intrested n you he is just wanting you for a "back up" when things dont go rite with the other girl.  you deserve better than that.  you need someone that needs you and onley you.  if you are pregnate thin that makes things a little ruffer, you two can rase a child together without being in a relationshif, but ha will have to do some growing up and realise what he wants out of life, espeashally for the childs sake.

 There are plenty of men out there and time is everything.  Don't think this is your only chance to be in love or in a relationship.  Tell him to not call you and you don't call him.  The more you have contact the more you are gonna want and be focused on just him.  If there is a baby that is a blessing and he isn't so find someone who thinks and wants the same.  Trust me you don't want to have a baby with someone who doesn't want you.  I am going through a custody battle and I have lost money and lawyers and my rights as a mother its not fun.  He won't change even with a baby.  I 'm still going through this since 2006, don't make the same mistake I made with the wrong guy.  I did, in my time of need through all of this find a man to stick with me and love me and my child, so true love is out there.  There is someone out there for you so just give it time.  As hard as it is to wait find something recreational to keep you busy.  Good luck I hope that you find your path because he isn't apart of it, he's blocking your path so knock him down and move on.....
