My ex-husband just received a ss disability award ...

my ex-husband just received a ss disability award for a large amount of money.  He is in child support arrears for $21,000. I want to know if he has received the money. child support enforcment is telling me if he received an award, child support is the first to get monies owed. how can I find out if he has in fact received the money?

I think you need a court order forcing him to reveal his financial position. Otherwise I'm not sure you're entitled to know how much he has even if you have claim to the money itself.
