No evidence of mold, water but a clear chemical smell in only two bedrooms!

I have a serious question and have exhausted every professional out there. We have a smell in 2 bedrooms that both face the back of the house and are separated by a bathroom. This smell 2 yrs ago was so strong I had to shut the doors and call the gas co. The smell is a chemical/gas smell. 2 yrs later we still have the smell but not as strong. To replicate the smell, I turn up the heat and make the room about 70 degrees or higher...no smell. Once I open a window within a hour, I have the smell. There is no evidence of water or mold just some moisture detected from a moisture reader...an odor with evidence.  Once I turn on the house fan/air cond the smell disappears. I can't tell you how many professionals have been to my house and how much money I have spent to make sure this smell is not a hazard. Do you have any suggestions? Can building materials have a odor? Do you know of anything that could smell so bad I have to the gas co and then over time getting better but still exist?  fyi...we built this house about 6.5 yrs ago. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

If both rooms face the same directions, could it be something outside the house?

Since closing all air vents and "cooking" the room helps, it seems like a logical conclusion.

I don't have an answer for you but, I have the same problem in my apartment.

No one seem to know what the problem is. And there's only a select few who can smell the toxins that are making us sick. We cannot enter the bedroom without

wearing a mask & goggles. Hope you find the source. If I open the window when

its really cold out,  I don't smell the toxins. Once its closed up the toxic smell is still

air born in there somewhere. Good luck on finding your problem.
