What are the standard conditions for air ...

What are the standard conditions for air conditioner testing in europe? I am working on the design of a HVAC unit for use in the UK. Usually work to ASHRAE standards.

Back in 1996 we bought a 2 year old GX seven seat, drove all over Europe in it, was a geat in Europe and averaged 25. If you nurse it on flat roads you will just about nudge into 30. Thanks
