If your best friend was convicted of a crime and was given a sentence of 3 years, then you found out that your spouse actually committed the crime, what would you do, keeping in mind that your spouse does not know that you know?

Be honest and be true to yourself.

Hi,

I would do the same thing as  John Cenna.  It's unfair for an innocent person to be behind bars.  Anyone who commits a crime should be punished, regardless of who it is.

Mr.Jqna,  I can't imagine why anyone would even ask you that question.  Are you applying for a position on some type of ethics commitee?  Maybe running for President in 2012?  Anyway,  I definately would tell my spouse that I knew, and I would try to get my spouse to get everything straightened out.  If my spouse went to jail for the crime, I would visit him with his carton of smokes twice a week.  Is there a prize for the best answer to your question?
