How to escape?? I have gone maybe half way and I cannot get out!!!

armorgames.comI am stuck where do I use the nail, bible, shampoo, toilet seat? I used key and the coins and freed the other prisoner and killed the guard. What now????PLEASE how do I open the dusty box with something in it?? or what does the blinking light have to do with this escape??
