Technically, the anus has more sexual nerve receptors than the penis or vagina. Done properly, anal sex can be very pleasurable. Done wrong, and most men do it wrong, it can be very unpleasant and painful for the woman.

Frankly, in my opinion, anal sex isn't nearly as good as men think it is. For some reason men get obsessed with it.
