Why or am I entitle to the full compensations ?

I need to change my pin.  I have spoken with Gail who has reset the past word from 1994, but states that I have to call the same number for calling in the weeks to change the PIN.

She told me to select option 2, but this takes me thru the complete process and never yields the section for inputting the PIN number.  I only have until the 21 Jul 09.

There has to be another method?  I have been in the office on Sample Rd (Broward County), but the temp help which you have does not have access to the proper d-base.

I have been without benefits for 3 two week periods and I have not made any progress.

Additionally there's a mistake on my income between 9/09 and 12/09 in that it shows that I total earnings were less than 4,000 and my Social Security shows over 40K.

I can be reached at the following numbers and e-mail address: 954-588-0521--954-245-2786 or 954-587-8592 --e-mail jaylinder@yahoo.com--linderj@comcast.net.  Please attempt to resolve these issues, because my bills are still coming in.  Your representative are giving me the wrong information such as not facilitating me contact their counterparts in other states which I've also paid tax for unemployment insurances and state taxes (Illinois and/or NH)
