i am having a problem --i ordered an item from e-bay, the seller is "11dollardvds". i never recived the item nor a refund. their website is shut down, it says "Unknown". can anyone track down 11dollardvds and get me their address. all other attempts have failed me. thanks
e-bay report it to them...you may not get a refund....but they may be able to identify the scammers for you.
