This was posted on her official site and it looks like she is working:

" I've been working so hard on this new album and I can't wait for you all to hear it and to go on tour again! I would like to exclusively tell you that I am working hard to release the new album sometime later this year, but the date is of course not certain yet. I look forward to coming back this year bigger and better than ever,"

I guess she will, because how can she support her children if she will stop working.  And correct me if I'm wrong I heard rumors that she will have a TV Show with Lindsay Lohan and Paris.  Well I guess that was enough living for her and her children plus the album thing.
