How do i get my english bulldogs weight down?

You said he hardly ever wants to exercise. What happens when you take him for a walk? Just like a person, he might enjoy the social aspect of walking with you, even if he just sits around on his own.

Walking or playing with him will surely help. Don't mention the word "exercise" since that might be a deterent for him to even move! haha! As long his vet does not thing he has hormonal imbalances causing such weight problems, exercise should be his best friend. I just hope you will have to time for it. :)
