Last year I bought a new 2007 Rav 4 V4.  Less than a month old, constant pinging when I accelerate, after several times in for repair, Toyota opened and replaced half the engine stating oil getting past the piston rings and causing carbon build-up.  6 months later, same problem returns.  I am going to arbitration on the 31st of this month and I need to prove that the car is a lemon and will cause me grief and economic loss in the future, can anyone help in this matter, thanks so much, Joe
