I would rank the best ending scenes as following:

Pulp Fiction

The usual suspects

Birdy

Determining what's the best movie ending is a purely subjective thing. No two people will ever agree totally. But, it's been my experience that movies with more realistic endings are the best, for me. You'll see those types of endings in more Independent movies than the mainstream. Sideways, Million Dollar Baby and Pulp Fiction are just two movies that fit into that category. I believe that other movies are considered great because of the emotional range they explore, and then others because of the strong ability of the actors to pull you into a world that you can touch and taste. 

for best ending, is that something like tragic.. cause it not unusual so makes something interesting to watch.

For me it's the movie

I think the movie Forrest Gump, though old and the ending was not a happy one.  I still consider it best because even at the time of storm and the burden is really tough, Forrest never give up on his life and he remain faithful to the woman she love until the end, and they ended having a child. Remembering that

LOTR: Return of the King has the MOST endings. ;-P

I  tomorrow never dies for that kind.
