Intermint cam sensor to crank sensor signal loss ...

intermint cam sensor to crank sensor signal loss.  1997 Crystler Sebring JXI with 2.5.  All ECMs have been changed.  Distributor changed.  New crank sensor.  New plugs for distributor and crank sensor.  What else can cause this?
