The "official" language of Egypt is Arabic, but I imagine there are as many different languages spoken in Egypt as there are anywhere else in the world. See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Languages_of_Egypt for more information.
Arabic
They speak the Egyptian dialect of Arabic, which is really different from other dialects, although the written language is the same. A lot of people also speak English, since Eygpt was colonized by the British empire.
