 Be honest and be true to yourself.

The long term instructional aide should keep working because of seniority but if his/her performance is not to par, and the short term aide is more efficient, then there is a possibility that the long term aide could be let go. Are you the long term instructional aide? Nowadays employers look for good and efficient worker.
