Is periventricular stable chronic white matter disease serious in a 71 year old man?
I'm the type of girl who will burst out laughing in dead silence because of something that happened yesterday.
I'm not a doctor but I would think that any disease in a 71-year-old is serious. I think the best way to know for sure is to speak with a doctor. Good luck.
