I got red dots in my arms but they don't itch they don't bleed or hurt they just get dry what can it bee?

It is possible that you have

Kerotosis pilaris, which is a very common and harmless skin disorder. I would recommend consulting a dermotologist to find out what kind of treatment is best for you. For now, I would recommend keeping the area mosturized as best you can. If this does not help, then you can discuss possible treatments with your doctor. Good luck.

thank you so much for your help. i been to like 3 dermatologist but they dont give me and answer but thank again for your help. i got onother quick question you think there can go away if they got cure for what i have?
